I. Compliance Commitment on Export Control of Dual-Use Items

BoronHub Solutions Limited strictly abides by the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items, as well as all relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs governing the export control of dual-use items.

All boron materials enriched in boron-10 (¹⁰B) to levels above its natural abundance (~19.8%) — including elemental boron, boron compounds, mixtures and finished articles containing such substances — are listed in the Catalog of Dual-Use Items Subject to Export Control of the People’s Republic of China. As a professional supplier of boron isotope products, we fully recognize the impact of these control regulations on our customers’ procurement activities.

The Company has established a comprehensive internal compliance management system staffed by a dedicated compliance team responsible for the following core tasks:

* End-User and End-Use Screening We conduct rigorous due diligence on every international order to guarantee that products are only supplied to compliant civilian sectors, including civilian medical care, commercial nuclear power, academic research and semiconductor manufacturing.

* Support for Export License Applications We provide full-process guidance for license applications of controlled goods, including compiling complete supporting documents such as End-User Certificates and End-Use Undertakings.

* Regulatory Update Monitoring We continuously track the latest circulars released by the Bureau of Export Administration of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs to align all business operations with evolving regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001 lays the foundation for quality governance: A full-process quality control and batch traceability system is implemented covering raw material procurement through finished goods delivery, ensuring consistent compliance of key metrics including purity, isotopic abundance and impurity content across all batches.

ISO 14001 guides environmental stewardship: We minimize environmental footprint through responsible resource utilization and waste management, practicing the principles of green supply chains.

The Company has formally initiated certification procedures, targeting full official accreditation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 by 2028.

III. EU REACH & RoHS Compliance Roadmap

BoronHub has formulated a clear compliance roadmap to satisfy market access requirements for the European Union:

EU REACH Registration

Any substance exported to the EU in volumes exceeding 1 ton per year requires a registration dossier submitted to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The full registration cycle typically ranges from 3 to 18 months, depending on annual tonnage, data gaps and coordination efficiency for joint registrations. BoronHub has kicked off pre-registration preparations and will appoint a qualified Only Representative (OR) based within the EU to administer all registration formalities.

RoHS Compliance

The Company will ensure all products meet the restrictions on ten hazardous substances set forth under the RoHS Directive. A complete compliance evidence chain will be established via supply chain declarations and third-party laboratory testing.
